Mid-Season - March, April, May, June, September, October

High Season - July, August
Weeks only, priced per week £1,300

Peak

Christmas the 3 days before and the 3 days after, making up a week £1,400 and likewise for New Year again £1,400
Check-in from 5.30pm and check-out by 10.00am.

Prices include:

• Hire of Otter Cottage for six people
  

• Luxury toiletries in the bathrooms (hand wash, hand lotion, body wash)
  

• All bedlinen and guest towels
  

• Store cupboard basics (tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc.)
  

• Post-stay cleaning
  

• VAT as appropriate

• Smaller Parties and Shorter Lets are possible at a discount in the low season period please enquire and provide guest numbers and the length of stay
